We are looking for a talented and dynamic Publicist to join our team and help amplify our story and mission.
The Social Media Coordinator will create and analyze engaging content to build brand awareness and drive traffic to Makolaa’s platform. The ideal candidate is skilled in social media trends, analytics, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Create high-quality, engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media calendars for consistent posting.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
- Align content with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
- Support paid social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years managing social media accounts for a brand.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Adobe).
- Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
