Designed by a doctor of physical therapy to offer maximum support to a young developing spine while keeping the neck in proper alignment, your child will be able to comfortably relax in a developmentally sound position. No more tears during detangling – use this mat to make wash day as stress free as possible. This multi-purpose mat is excellent as an activity mat to encourage tummy time, perform physical therapy exercises, and as a changing pad!
OUR STORY
Irayo was conceptualized in 2019 and founded by Fisayo, a licensed doctor of physical therapist and mother. She found herself struggling during wash days – due to the point where she’d be utterly exhausted and dreading the next one.
It finally took two sets of hands (one to wash and one to hold a phone as her daughter was too small to properly control it herself) and the old-fashioned sink method. One day, Fisayo didn’t have a set of helping hands and washday was again a huge fail! It was at that moment, she decided to design her own apparatus. She would go ahead to use her clinical background to make sure it was extra supportive, comfortable and ergonomically responsible. Alas- Irayo was born! After Almost two years of long nights in the lab and many, many tweaks later, we’re excited to share it with the world- and YOU.

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your order in the condition it was sent, you will be refunded the amount paid (minus the shipping cost). Please allow 5 – 7 business days for processing. Please note: All Clearance/ Sale items are FINAL.
Orders are processed Monday- Saturday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 2PM EST will be fulfilled the next business day. We strive to typically ship all orders within 24-72 hours of placement. Shipping time varies and is dependent upon location; however most orders will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Once your order is packaged, you will receive tracking information via email. Please be sure to verify that your order and shipping information is correct, including any apartment/suite/unit details. If your shipping information changes before we ship out your order, please email us, and we will be happy to make the change. We cannot make any changes to addresses once an order has been shipped from our facility. Please note that if an order is returned to us due to missing information, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost associated with re-shipping. *irayo LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen/rerouted or damaged packages by the UPS/USPS. We unfortunately cannot issue any refunds or replacement for lost or stolen items. Please file a claim directly with UPS/USPS for orders mismanaged by the mail system.

We currently are compatible with mobile phones or devices screen 4.0- 6.3 inches. A tablet would be too heavy and result in inadequate support.
The dimensions are 29x16x3 in. This around the typical length of the average changing pad.
The irayo SpaPad was specifically developed to target a younger demographic that usually struggles most with wash day – infants and toddlers. We suggest introducing using this product early – from 6 months and up, and following the instructions provided with your order. A child can bend their knees and continue to use this product as long as they can comfortably fit on the counter top. The cervical neck groove in our design adequately prepares a child for when they are ready to transition from the counter to the salon sink bowl!
The SpaPad is developed from a specialized water resistant material that keeps fluid from penetrating and limits mold/bacteria growth. It is completely up to you if you would like to drape a towel over it when in use. Once done, simply pat down with a paper towel and air dry. Store in a cool, dry area.
I live in Maryland! Can I pick-up my order instead? Absolutely! If you reside in the DMV area, you are more than welcome to pickup your order to avoid shipping fees. Our inventory is in Bowie, Maryland- zip code 20721. Full address will be sent via email post purchase. All pick ups must be arranged within 5 days of order. Just message or email us to organize pick up time and details.
Fret not! The SpaPad may not be an instantaneous solution for every child, BUT with each purchase you will receive a tips sheet to ensure a smooth transition. Follow the steps listed on the sheet, and you will be on your way to smoother washdays! We also offer direct email support.
