ICE BODY products are handmade to order and as such all sales are final. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable or credited. All returns must have an original receipt. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of store credit. Order Cancellation And Changes We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
Standard shipping charges will apply, and are based on the weight and destination of the package. Currently, we offer USPS and UPS Shipping (3-5 Days) and will provide a tracking number for your order.

Products at ICE BODY are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be made. From there, normal shipping times for receipt of product applies, approximately an additional 2-5 business days within the Continental US for Standard Ground Shipping. Are the products all natural? All products are made from natural and organic ingredients. They are also Paraben-free. How do you properly store products? Products should be kept in a cool, dry place. How long does it take to receive the products? All products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be made and shipped. All orders are shipped USPS ground shipping. Please allow 3-5 additional days to receive your order.
