We accept returns within 7 business days. Custom products are tailored to customer specifications, with color variations possible due to monitor disparities. The company is not accountable for typos, color discrepancies, or overlooked errors. No modifications are allowed post-production. Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the company is at fault. The company is not responsible for incorrect size/color orders. All custom sales are final except in cases of company errors.

They are made from cotton. I use the brands: Gildan and Bella Canva
There are 3 main customization categories: personalized text, custom designs, and bulk orders on many of the products. Please email me with detailed requests. Processing times will be 7-10 business days. Custom orders are Non- Refundable. Any graphics or pictures shared should in SVG format.
